Requirements:
- University Degree (English, Marketing, Business, or Communication)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Fluent in English.
- Candidate must be highly organized and able to multi task.
- Having min 2 years Professional experienced desired.
- Understanding of outsourcing preferred
- Great customer service and relationship building skills.
- Proficiency with the Internet, MS Office, MS Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Other computer software experience highly desired.
- Ability to work 40-60 hours per week. Candidates need to be flexible to work early mornings and nights when needed.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
