Requirements:
- Male or Female
- S1 / S2 in Management or Psychology
- Experienced in Human Resources field for at least 2 years (for Bachelor degree)
- Fresh graduated (S2 preferable) welcome to apply
- Experienced in competency-based human resource system and implementation
- Knowledge of Assessment Centre is an advantage
- Good team player, energetic and highly motivated
- Ready to work under pressure
