Human Resources Generalist
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
- This position will be responsible for the HR and general affairs activities, to achieve company goals.
Requirements:
- Male/Female of age - maximum 38 years old.
- Graduate Min (S1) from relevant.
- Must have deep experience in Human Resources and office management with minimum 3 years as HR Generalist Function.
- Must have good interaction and communication skills, one on one or mass communication.
- Has good understanding and fluency in English.
- Competency base on Recruitment and Assessment, Training and Development, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits, Organization Design, Government Rules and Regulations, HR Systems, Policies and Procedures, and PPh21, JAMSOSTEK.
- Has good knowledge in Balance scorecard
- Closing Date: 8-10-08
