PT Agro Harapan Lestari is the managing agent for Groups’ plantations in Indonesia, where the Group has a land bank in excess of 75,000 hectares of plantation and mills in Kalimantan Tengah and Kalimantan Timur.
The business model of Agro Group Plantations evolves around building and expanding sustainable plantation projects in the region focusing on adopting the industry’s best practices and deriving operational excellence. Assistant Manager HRD
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
- Involve in Manpower planning
- Manage the performance management system within the company
- To co-ordinate and follow up all Training & Development activities to bridge existing skill gaps to meet business requirements and to assist in career progression
- Develop Organization Capability Building
- Develop Job Evaluation, Job Descriptions & Competencies Profiling
- Setting up Performance Management System
- Create and maintain Talent Management System
- Create and develop Knowledge & Learning Management
- HR data analysis and reporting
- Develop Information system based on platform HR Oracle Module
- HR Decision support system
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in psychology, Human resources Management or Industrial Engineering (others field are welcome)
- Has minimum 5 years working experience in Training & Development and Organizational development
- Exposure in training delivery from A to Z: (annual training agenda and follow up with training execution)
- Has exposure in Performance Management and other HR Strategic are advantageous
- Familiar with other HR area such as Recruitment, Performance Management, Employee Development
- Able to follow through on actions with sense of urgency and keep confidentiality
- Has a good computer skill
- Fluent in both oral & written English
- Be in a team player, but able to work independently; Able to work well in under pressure working environment
- A self-motivated, full of initiative and able to work efficiently and cooperatively within a team environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and administration skills
