HR Coordinator (HRC)

Responsibilities:
- To create, conduct and monitoring all activities in HRD & GA field such as conduct recruitment process (from selecting CV, interview, create schedule, and soon), training, performance appraisal, assessment, etc.
- Monitoring personnel activities (leave, absence, overtime, medical, Jamsostek, etc).
- Handling all administrative task that related to HR.
- Responsible for all employee relation activities
- Responsible to all HR activities.
Requirements:
- Male/ Female.
- Hold Bachelor degree (S1) in relevant educational background.
- Having experience in HR field at least 2 years.
- Good understanding at Labor Regulation, Recruitment, Assessment and others HR activities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong personality and confidence.
- Must possess effective planning, organizing & controlling
- Effective problem solving and good analytical thinking.
- Able to work under minimum supervision.
- Must possess good language skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia both spoken and written.
