HR Operational Manager
(Jakarta Raya – Jakarta Pusat)
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree graduates from reputable university with min GPA 3.00, GPA min 3.50 will be prioritized
- Male, age between 28 – 35 years old
- With min 4 years strong experience in HR operational (generalist), preferably from FMCG with many business unit
- Strong experience in managing multi unit personnel & GA operational activity
- Demonstrated training & development skill, especially in upgrading competency of manufacturing people
- Strong knowledge of labour law in Indonesia
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Good leadership and management skil
- Computer literate (Word, Excel)
- High motivation, dynamic and enthusiastic
- Ready to work under pressure situation and willing to travel for supervision purpose
