Responsibilities:
- Able to oversee all HR matters of the organization including staff selection and placement
- Responsible for staff remuneration and fringe benefits as per company’s policies and guidelines
- Drive the staff career development programs as per job requirements to ensure staff is updated with organizational development needs
- introduce and implement various staff welfare and incentive schemes in line with the company’s objectives
Requirements:
- Male/Female
- Aged min 25 years old
- Hold Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Human Resource Management, Law or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): ms office.
- Required language(s): English.
- Preferred language(s): Mandarin.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta Barat.
- Applicants should be Indonesian, others citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Preferably senior executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
