Job Vacancy HRD for Project Site at Inwha Indonesia, a world class industrial engineering and construction company with leading market position in oil & gas, refinery, petrochemical and power sectors is currently looking for high motivated, responsible, outgoing, hard working, energetic, English speaking and qualified engineers to fill the following positions located in South Korea and Middle East. The available positions are:
HRD for Project Site Office
(Jakarta Barat)
Requirements:
- Male
- Ages, minimum 30 Years old
- Minimum S1 from reputable University / Institutions Degree of Social Science or Human Resources Mangement
- At least min 3 year od experiences as Plant Project Site HRD Officer
- Proficiency in English both Oral and Written
- Proficiency in Computer is A must min Ms. Word, Excel , and Power Point
- Hard working and responsible are very required for all positions
- Able to control time sheet and site manpower system
- Able to work under pressure
- Willing to work outside Jakarta
- Familiar ith handling manpower, payroll, employee procedure, filling documents and all job related with Human Resources at site office
- Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
