HRD Officer
(Jakarta Raya – Jakarta Selatan)
Responsibilities:
- Managing and implementing all human resources function such as improving the human resource capabilities, continuously preparing regeneration to support the company growth and providing services to other departments from time to time.
- Managing and controlling the training plan and implementation, recruitment plan and placement process, monthly report and analysis.
Requirements:
- Graduate from Faculty of Phsycolog.
- Minimum 3 years experience as HRD Officer/Supervisor.
- Strong knowledge on Training and Recruitment activity.
- Experience handling MT Program.
- Visionary, result-oriented and performance-driven.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Age between 27-33 years old.
