Requirements:
- Has a thorough knowledge Minimal S1 of Laws / Management / Physiology
- Preferably has certificate of “Training for Trainer†(T for T)
- Familiar with up date labour government Laws / Government regulation of labour
- Has a strong interpersonal, communication and can have analysis and recommendation to the company
- Responsible for setting up and implementing HR policies, recruitment of employees and maintain healthy industry relations
- Ability to carry out periodic salary survey, set up internal employee communication systems and maintain good relationships
- Ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar personalia managerial capacity with a degree in preferably HR or business management.
- Age between 30 - 40 years old
- Can work individually and/or within a team
- Good in English, written and verbal
- Preferably has own vehicle
