Requirements:
- University graduate, prefer from Law, Management or Psychology with GPA min 3.00
- Having experience minimum 1 year in human resources from manufacturing industry or labour intensive
- Having knowledge and familiar with Manpower Regulation, Job Analysis and Job Evaluation, Performance Management, Assessment, Training and Development
- Hands on experience in dealing with Labour Union, PLB Negotiation and settlement labour dispute
- Strong leadership and good negotiation skill, ability to interact and communicate with all level employees
- Computer literate is must (min MS. Office)
- Closing Date: 2-8-08
