Human Resource Manager
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
- Act as the main contact person on HR services and support, such as recruitment and performance management, payroll and benefit administration, promotion and demotion, disciplinary proceedings
- To research and propose necessary and appropriate changes/revisions in employee compensation, benefit and grade system
- To design and ensure the implementation of recruitment strategy to be inline with staffing requirements and overall business needs and strategy
- To ensure the implementation of Performance Appraisal System (refer to KPI and Competence Base Performance Mgt System)
Requirements:
- General Competencies:
- Strong strategic-tactical knowledge, with a good analytical, conceptual and numeric skills
- High motivation, personal integrity and sense of responsibility
- Ability to quickly adopt and apply new ideas
- Ability to work in a fast paced
- Good communication (oral & written English) and interpersonal skills
- Technical Competencies:
- Compensation & Benefit (understand on Mercer’s survey application)
- Recruitment
- Performance Management
- Industrial Relation
- Closing Date: 25-10-08.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Management, Law, or Social Science.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field as Manager or Supervisor.
- Full-Time positions available.
