Requirements:
- Degree in related disciplines
- At least 2 years in supervisory level of all rounded HR experience
- Skill for executing sourcing and recruitment tools preferred
- Hands on experience in employee training and development
- Well-versed with Indonesia Labor Law and other labor related statutory requirements
- A veteran of MS PowerPoint, Windows, and Excell
- Self motivated, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong sense of responsibilities, able to perform multi-tasks to meet tight schedule
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
