Junior HR Generalist

Responsibilities:
- Provide support for recruitment, selection and assessment and ensure the fulfillment of manpower needs that every new recruits meet with the company standards
- Manage and develop the assessment tools and process to support and sustain business expansion aimed at evaluating potential talents for promotions as well as to find replacement
- Develop staff by leveraging training programs and initiated & facilitated specific development program
- Support HR Head in create staff development initiatives to be aligned with Business expansion needs
- Analyze information in relation to performing job evaluation, prepare the job description, design Job Competency by level and by function
- Coordinate and liaise with GCG L&D in implementation training program that refer with CF University program syllabus
- Facilitate people/career development in CitiFinancial, working together with the line managers in facilitating job enlargement, internal rotation, stretch assignment
- Conduct training program \Manage training attainment report and budget training expense in monthly basis
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Others or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Human Resources Knowledge, Assessment Skill.
- Required language(s): English.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Full-Time positions available.
- Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
