Call Center Officer (Contract)
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

As a Call Center Officer you will be responsible for:
Providing the best service to help a customer who makes inbound calls call center.
Provide solutions to customer problems.
Recording customer inquiries or complaints about the system.
-Communication in the back office and other units of service units required.
-Escalating unresolved complaints to superiors.

Requirements:
-Must have fluent spoken English
-Bachelor’s degree in any background
-Experience in call center would be useful but not mandatory
-Does the service attitude and willing to help
