Job Vacancy Indonesia, National Mining Company located in Jakarta, in order to expanding our project operation in East Kalimantan, currently seeking a high caliber of potential candidates to fulfill the position below:
Recruitment Coordinator
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
- Providing professional support and advice on recruitment to line and departmental managers
- Advising managers on best practice recruitment and selection
- Writing job advertisements and deciding how and where jobs will be advertised
- Designing or revising application forms, including developing online processes
- Screening application forms and short listing applicants
- Devising, running and evaluating selection processes including interviews, psychometric tests, personality questionnaires and various group activities
Requirements:
- Graduated from Psychology.
- Minimum 3 years experiences in the same position in a Coal Mining.
- Strong communication skills & interview skills and good analytical skills.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Publisher, etc).
- Fluent in English & Mandarin (oral & written will be an advantage value).
- Closing Date: 15-10-08
