Requirements:
- Male/Female
- Degree holder from Management Operation / Psychology
- Having 2-3 years working experience in related field
- Having knowledge in man power plan, competency management, talent management, ISO 9001; ISO 14001; OHSAS 18001
- Having good knowledge in use psychological test and making psycological report
- Competent in interviewing interview, test rank, check references, select candicates and provide feedback to unseccsessful candidates based on the job’s pre-established selection criteria and the organisation’s recruitment policies
- Having good analytical thinking and communication skill
