HR Assistant Manager
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta Pusat)
Requirements:
- 30 - 35 Years Old
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- Initiate recruitment strategy to attract and retain qualified candidates
- Develop effective practices to facilitate hiring process, identification and placement of qualified applicants
- Analyze recruitment pland and identify various sources to search qualified candidates and facilitate hiring process, identification and placement of qualified candidate
- Has good interview skills, and strong negotiation
- Mature, assertive, and has good management skills
- Result oriented, good initiative and can work under pressure
- Required language(s): English.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta Pusat.
- Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Full-Time positions available.
- Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
