HR Senior Assistant (HRSA)

Responsibilities:
- Identify The Required Workforce Core Competencies & Behaviors to produce the Strategically Relevant Organizational Outcomes
- Identify The Required HR System Policies & Activities that will help to produce The Core Competencies & Behaviors
- Improve, develop, implement & monitor The Required HR System Policies
- Drive some of The Required HR Activities (such as The Required Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development)
- Conduct Employer Role in Career Development
- Personnel Administration
- Establish and maintain networks with recruitment sources.
Requirements:
- S1 degree from Psychology
- 2-4 years experience handling Recruitment, Selection & Personnel Administration, Training & Development, HR Policy & Procedure.
- Experience in Assessment Centre is an advantage.
- Core Competencies: target oriented, analytical thinking, and good communication &
- interpersonal skill.
- Able to design job test and test methods suitable to the job.
- Proficiency in English language (written & spoken).
- Willing to travel out of town.
- Computer literacy: Word, Excel, Microsoft Access.
- Able to work independently
