Our Client is an Multinational Mining Company , looking for an experienced, dynamic and self motivated professional to be located in both Jakarta and Halmahera sites.
HR Specialist Development
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
- Manage the resources, training
- Develop HR Procedure & Company Policy
- Report to HR General Manager HR Development
- Designing and developing training and development programs based on both the organization and the development needs
Requirements:
- Male/Female (preferable Female)
- Must possess at least Bachelor or Master degree from reputable University from related field with in depth knowledge of Competencies based HR, Organization & People Development process
- Having minimum 5 years working relevant experiences in HR area management, preferable in mining industry
- Good knowledge of Labor and Government regulations, Immigration and Expatriation Working Permits process
- Good interpersonal skills, strong analysis and negotiation skills
- English proficiency and Computer literacy is a must to provide any business reports, and French will be advantage
- Good English proficiency both oral and written and French competency is advantage
