Human Resource Assistant Manager
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
- You will be reporting directly to the Country Manager and responsible for all HR matters such as Recruitment, Compensation & Benefit, Health & Safety, Community, Learning & Development, Compliance and administration/HRIS as well as leading hr departement to support the company objective.
Requirements:
- S 1 Degree, Preferably from Human Resources, Management, Psychology and Law
- Having minimum 5 years relevant experiences
- Good English communication skill
- Detail, well organized, mature and trustworthy
- Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
