HRD Manager
(Jakarta Raya)
Requirements:
- Having 5 to 8 years Human Resources Manager experience in the service industry
- University degree in Psychology/Laws or similar related in Human Resources
- Successful track record & hands-on experience in Aviation environment are preferred
- Knowledgeable in Labor Laws, Industrial Relations, Workmen Compensation, Health & Safety and other relevant statutory laws or labor ordinances
- Worked for global & international companies preferred
- Ability to work across functions, in a matrix organization and in a cross cultural environment
- People & relationship management skills
- Excellent Interpersonal skills
- Leadership
- Problem Solving skills
- Closing Date: 17-9-08
