Requirements:
- Male ( 28 -35 th)
- Minimum Bachelor / S1 Degree in Psychology/ HR Management/ Law
- Excellent knowledge of Indonesian Labour Laws and Regulation, industrial relation, personal matters, compensation and benefit, training development and performance management
- Min. 3 years experience in Human Resources
- Capable of financial budgetary and analysis management
- Able to work under pressure, motivate and brings the best out of people
- Computer literate
- Excellent verbal & written communication skill in English & Mandarin (preferred).

Rabobank Foundation helps those groups in society that need assistance to develop a more independent way of living. With funding and knowledge of the local Rabobanks and other entities of Rabobank Group, the Rabobank Foundation supports projects in the Netherlands and several developing countries. The projects abroad focus on the transfer of cooperative and banking knowledge in rural areas. Rabobank Foundation stimulates local cooperative credit and savings initiatives and farmer organisations by providing technical assistance, grants and loans
Currently the Rabobank Foundation is working with fifteen savings and credit cooperatives in Indonesia. The recent expansion of Rabobank International Indonesia through the takeover of the Hagabank and Bank Haga Kita, gives the Rabobank Foundation the possibility to expand its activities in Indonesia, which will be done in close cooperation with Rabobank International Indonesia. The Rabobank Foundation wishes to broaden its portfolio and serve rural areas that until now have had no or very limited access to financial services, with the ambition to improve the economic position of the rural population of Indonesia.
In order to manage and expand its portfolio successfully, the Rabobank Foundation requests a more structured presence of Rabobank Foundation in Indonesia. Therefore the Rabobank Foundation wishes to hire a local project officer with knowledge and experience in banking, microfinance and cooperative issues.
The project officer will be stationed in Jakarta at the headquarters of Rabobank International Indonesia. The job is a contract employment and will initially take one year. Depending on an evaluation after this year the contract of the project officer may be extended.
Project Officer – Rabobank Foundation
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring the progress of the projects supported by Rabobank Foundation
- Identifying interesting new partner organisations for Rabobank Foundation
- Acquire new projects in line with Rabobank International Indonesia policies, offering financial services in rural areas
- Identifying strengths and weaknesses in the support given to partner organisations and reporting the findings to the Rabobank Foundation
- Creating knowledge of the philosophy and beliefs of the Rabobank in Indonesia
Requirements:
- Having 8 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in rural banking and agricultural credit, of which several years in Indonesia
- University level in Economics, Business Administration or Finance & Accounting
- Experience in monitoring microfinance programs, assessing and benchmarking organizations
- Experience in the organization of rural banking, microfinance and cooperative issues.
- Experience with community based projects
- Experience with working in a dense net of partner organizations
- Fluent English and Indonesian writing and speaking skills
