HRD Manager
(Kalimantan Barat - Pontianak)
Requirements:
- Male
- Ages maximum 40 Years Old
- At least have 5 years experience as Human Resources Manager
- University degree in Psychology/ Laws or similar related in Human Resources
- Familiar with Indonesia Labor Laws, Industrial Relations, Workmen Compensation, Health & Safety and other relevant statutory laws or labor ordinances
- Excellent Interpersonal skills and Leadership
- Good decision maker and management skills
- Ability to work across functions, in a matrix organization and in a cross cultural environment
- Fluent in English both written and oral
- Computer Literate
- Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status
- Full time positions available
