HR & Operations Manager
(Singapore - Raffles Place)
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of Human Resource functions, recruitment, training & development, compensation and benefits, payroll, work permit etc.
- Review, implement and improve existing Human Resource practices, procedure and infrastructure.
- Manage all Client’s Professional Service Agreements/Reports and Vendor’s Professional Service Agreements/Reports of the Company.
- Administration of compensation, insurances and medical benefits.
- Drafting Employment Agreement for new hires in the Company. In addition, responsible for drafting any revisions of the Employment Agreement.
- Assist the Finance Department in payroll processing.
- Coordination of events (Birthday Parties, Internal/External Communication sessions, etc.)
- Ensure that daily operations in the Company are run effectively and smoothly.
- Responsible for most of the internal purchases and procurement for the Company.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4-5 years experience in Human Resource management.
- Works with drive and determination to complete all tasks in a timely manner.
- Works with attention to detail and a systematic approach to business.
- Extensive experience in managing teams/people.
- Independent, confident and has strong personality.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Team player.
